How much space is needed to setup the inflatable?
Generally we like to allow and additional 5ft to the size of the castle to allow for the pipe and blower.
How long does it take to set up the inflatable?
It takes between 10 and 30 mins to set up the inflatables
How much will it cost to run?
The blower is only 1.5hp so not much at all, a few Euro will do it.
What happens on the day?
On the day the castle is delivered in the morning and set up, and it is collected later that evening.
How do I make payment?
Payment is made on the day to whomever delivers the castle. This can be done either in the morning or that evening.
Is there a cancellation fee?
There is no cancellation fee
What happens in poor weather conditions?
If weather conditions are poor we will contact the customer before delivery to ensure that they still wish to go ahead. If they do not and wish to cancel we fully understand.
What will happen if the inflatable becomes damaged/stolen whilst in possession?
If the inflatable is damaged or stolen whilst in possession and we believe this to be due to malicious intent or negligence the customer will be held responsible.
Does Blackstairs Bouncers have insurance?
Blackstairs Bouncers is fully insured.
What shoes / clothes is to be worn when using inflatables?
Shoes need to be removed before using the inflatable
Do we need outside electricity?
We do not require outside electricity.
